To understand the basic concepts of this indispensable tool. Too few entrepreneurs take the time to understand their financial statements, yet they are an essential tool for success, not just a necessary evil to pay taxes. This lecture will demystify the essentials of a financial statement, as well as how your CPA can help you establish relevant ratios to measure the progress of your business. This will be followed by a 15 minute question and answer session. CPAs will also be available to answer your questions between activities.

With a degree in management accounting and an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke, Éric Préville is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec and is actively involved in his professional order as well as in the Regroupement des CPA de Montréal.
