With a degree in management accounting and an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke, Éric Préville is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec and is actively involved in his professional order as well as in the Regroupement des CPA de Montréal. As a senior manager at the Business Development Bank of Canada for more than ten years, he carried out more than 200 interventions in companies and in coaching SMEs towards success, in addition to having worked in research and marketing strategy at the beginning of his career. Today, as a strategic management consultant, his mission is to accompany entrepreneurs at key moments in their company's development so that they can achieve their strategic objectives of growth, profitability or passing the torch. Meryam Smires has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She has developed her expertise in accounting, auditing, tax, consulting and financial operations services through a number of senior positions with major companies, including some of Canada's largest firms such as KPMG and Deloitte. In addition to her training as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Meryam completed a Master of Laws degree, specializing in taxation, at HEC Montréal. For her, numbers are second nature, and taxes are easy and logical! After a long career in large corporations, she is now dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses better understand their expenses, their management and the impact of their financial decisions. With her expertise and entrepreneurial vision, she is very aware of the reality of SMEs and wants to help entrepreneurs ensure the financial health of their organization. Co-founder of FinaSource, Meryam is a recognized trainer in the accounting profession and an excellent communicator. This is why the media regularly solicit her for her expertise and her ability to demystify important tax concepts for the general public.

Before founding his consulting firm, Perseus, Sébastien Giroux already had a wealth of experience as a manager. He stands out for his ability to guide Quebec entrepreneurs not only in accounting matters, but also in the day-to-day management of their businesses, by supporting the start-up, growth or recovery of small and medium-sized organizations (SMOs). It also actively contributes to the promotion of the accounting profession in Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Mylène Goyette has a DESS in taxation and worked for an accounting firm for more than twelve years, where she was a tax manager and carried out tax planning and organizational reorganizations, particularly in a family context. She was also responsible for corporate clients, assisting in the preparation of their financial statements and business planning. She is now pursuing her professional career with the firm she founded, Goyette CPA Inc. Winner of the 2013 CPA Emergence Award from the Montérégie CPAs, Mylène has also distinguished herself throughout her academic career, accumulating merits and distinctions. With a keen interest in training the next generation and developing knowledge, she acts as a tax instructor for courses offered by the Ordre des CPA.
