Son of entrepreneurs, Daniel Valois grew up in family businesses. Strongly influenced by his entrepreneurial experience, he has dedicated his career to the development of consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses. In this sense, he has held key positions in the design and deployment of this practice within several renowned organizations such as Desjardins, Desjardins Capital and Deloitte. During this period, he has led hundreds of interventions in innovation, technology, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, start-ups and strategy. Today, he is a partner as well as VP Finance and Strategy for Diffusion Integrated Solutions Inc, a technology company specializing in digital transformation. Truly passionate about his profession, he has also been involved as a member of advisory committees, trainer, speaker and author for several years. Daniel Valois has developed a reputation for being a competent, creative, and effective communicator who is dedicated to the success of the companies and projects he supports.

Murray
A good communicator and leader, Marco Murray is a partner at Mallette, where he has been a member since 2012. His training and experience in accounting, combined with his extensive expertise in economic and financial studies and his keen and daring business mind, make him a formidable asset for any strategic mandate. During his 20 years of experience, he has acted as a strategic advisor in several projects, which allowed him to develop a very good knowledge of the public sector, manufacturing industries and high technologies. He has also acquired extensive expertise in strategic management information, organizational diagnosis, business process improvement and information systems. Mr. Murray has acted as a project manager in several mandates, particularly in systems selection, and has thus developed a very good knowledge of high technology. Morrisseau, FCPA
A Fellow of the Ordre des CPA, Richard Morrisseau is a partner at Bluemind, a company that coaches passionate leaders who want to learn more about the strategic management of their organizations. He has held executive leadership positions in large corporations as well as in SMEs and NPOs. He has worked primarily for organizations such as Petro-Canada, AXA and BMO in Canada, France and the United States, as well as for several SMEs. He was also appointed to promote the strategic vision and training programs in global procurement at the International Strategic Procurement Council in Paris. There he represented Canada on the development of sourcing and procurement guidelines. (He is also the only bilingual expert on the subject.) He is also the only recognized bilingual Blue Ocean Strategy expert in America on innovation, strategic planning and change. A graduate of McGill University and the University of Montreal, Richard Morrisseau has been a seasoned trainer and speaker for over 30 years at the international level. His areas of expertise are strategy, blue ocean creation, performance management and strategic sourcing. He now assists business leaders in management and strategic thinking.
