Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, Hélène Olland has an excellent knowledge of the startup ecosystem, startups and impact. She dedicates her career to the development of an innovative, green and inclusive economy by accompanying entrepreneurs and pioneers of this transformation. After working on the Desjardins Lab and Coopérathon at Desjardins, she joined the incubator and accelerator community in 2020, where she created the first clean technology incubation program at Polytechnique Montréal. Armed with her experience in the field, she joined Desjardins Entreprises as Startups Director, a new strat��gic mandate that aims to d��eliminate coaching breaks for startup entrepreneurs, while strengthening collaboration within the startup ecosystem.
