Sophie Poirier is an inclusive leader with a passion for entrepreneurship and efficiency. She is a social entrepreneur, facilitator and has over 10 years of management experience. She supports collective entrepreneurs in starting and growing their businesses at CESIM.


Hugo
Steben
Hugo Steben holds a B.A.A. in International Management (ÉSG-UQÀM) and an M.Sc. in Innovation Management (HEC Montréal). He has worked mainly in the field of entrepreneurship and consulting, specializing in the development of innovation capacities for businesses, communities and public institutions. After working in consulting firms in Quebec and Europe, Hugo founded and directed the Montreal office of Bluenove, a European consulting firm specializing in open and collaborative innovation, in 2013. In parallel to his consulting activities, Hugo has been involved in university teaching, as a lecturer at the graduate level at Polytechnique, HEC Montreal and Laval University on a range of topics related to strategy, innovation and organizational development. Since February 2017, Hugo Steben has been Director of Social Entrepreneurship at the Maison de l'Innovation Sociale (MIS). In his role at MIS, he is involved in coaching the development of organisational and territorial social innovation capacities, setting up programmes aimed at the emergence of initiatives with positive social impact, as well as supporting the bearers of these initiatives in their transition from idea to impact.
