Jenny-Kate
Sgarbi
Jenny-Kate is a bilingual manager with over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate and hospitality industries. Her passion for the built environment led her to found DinoC'RE, a start-up specializing in technology and consulting services for commercial real estate. With her unique understanding of operations, business development and market intelligence, Jenny-Kate has a proven track record of growing and managing multiple markets at once, and successfully deploying large-scale projects. A regular performer, Jenny-Kate enjoys being a master of ceremonies, moderator of inspirational panels and an informed panellist. She is also actively involved in key industry organisations.

Robert
Miller
Mr. Meunier graduated from the École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1986 as an electrical engineer. As founder and president of Maestro Technologies, he worked for 31 years to provide software and technological solutions to companies in the construction sector across Canada. During these years, he was also actively involved in construction associations as a speaker on the digital transition and as a member of the board of directors of the Canadian Construction Association, the Association des Constructeurs de Routes et Grand-Travaux du Québec and Batimatech. For the past 18 months, he has been acting as a business coach to help contractors define their product and service offerings. He also acts as an investor, notably as a member of Anges Québec.

Francis
Bissonnette
Born in Montreal, Mr. Bissonnette holds an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is also the founder and president of the board of Batimatech. Batimatech is a reference for the construction and real estate industry. Batimatech is the catalyst for the construction and sustainable development technology community whose mission is to foster innovation, collaboration, agility and the integration of the best digital solutions in our business ecosystem and institutions. Batimatech has the financial support of the Société d'habitation du Quebec for the Workshop of Possibilities. Also, in collaboration with the Ministère de l'Économie et de l'Innovation, in 2021, the latter has set up a census of technological solutions and innovative equipment for the construction industry. In 2022, Batimatech was recognized for mandatory continuing education within the RBQ, the CMMTQ and the CMEQ. Finally, three members of the team have completed the training organized by the Ministère de l'Économie et de l'Innovation entitled Formation Auditeur-Accompagnateur audit numérique 4.0.
