Marianne Lemay is President of Kolegz HR Strategies, a creative human resources coaching firm. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Marianne began her career in IT recruitment and then became Director of Culture & Talent at GSoft. During her career, she set up two human resources departments and a marketing department. After more than 10 years of experience in HR, marketing and technology, she created her own firm to help employers in various sectors modernise their employee experience. Her creative and concrete approach is making a splash: speaker, blogger and vlogger, she has been quoted as an expert in attraction and retention in several influential media such as Les Affaires, La Presse and Le Journal de Montréal.
Derick is the co-founder of Le Bon Plan, a content creation / digital marketing agency. Founded 3 years ago, this young, hyper-growth agency has quickly distinguished itself by putting its corporate culture first and focusing on the employee experience in its content strategy. The current workforce challenge has hardly affected its operations or growth, and he will share his learnings and best practices at this conference.
Jenny Ouellette is the President and co-founder of BonBoss, a company that helps employers change their approach to management, culture and recruitment strategies. With a Bachelor's degree from the School of Industrial Relations at the University of Montreal, she helps companies thrive humanely. The M.O.R.E? approach, the Culture Book© and the Experiential Recruitment? are examples of her work. Illustrating herself as a leader of the future, Jenny has received numerous distinctions since 2018: Nueva 2018 award from Alpha Women and Leadership 2019 award from Business Community 360. Since founding her second company BonBoss, Jenny acts as a conférenci��re and trainer. There she shares the sound management practices that characterise those commonly known as good bosses. Her mission is to generate innovative, successful and humane businesses. In 2019 and 2020, she sits on the Table de dotation et gestion intégrée des talents of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Centre d'hébergement Multiservice de Mirabel: an organization whose mission is to help alleviate poverty among young adults experiencing homelessness.
