With a master's degree in physics and after studying law, Agnès Dupriez first worked in provincial politics as a political attaché in various ministries. For more than 30 years, she has been working in community development, whether it be within the framework of the World Health Organization's Healthy Cities strategy or as a rural development officer in the Magdalen Islands or at the Fédération québécoise des municipalités. She has been working for the Desjardins Group for 11 years as a practice leader in socio-economic commitment. In this capacity, she has been involved in socio-economic commitment, responsible finance, cooperative development, extra-financial disclosure, the evolution of the distribution network, affordable housing, microcredit and participatory financing.
