Fanny Larocque, President | Head Hunter is a passionate, human and determined entrepreneur who believes in the power of community. Her mission: to humanize recruitment in order to make local SMEs the model employers of tomorrow. The call of entrepreneurship being crying out, in February 2017, she founded the Charlie Agency, a name that is the definition of her profession, that is to say, finding talent within a field or sector, as well as the name of her older daughter. Steve brings an impressive 20 years of experience in HR training. He developed an expertise in corporate culture at Motion Composites, an organisation specialising in the development of ultra-light equipment for reduced mobility. Focusing on the manager-employee connection, on the sense of entrepreneurship that must be present in each employee and on the definition of a unique corporate identity, he became the carrier of the corporate culture among 175 employees, where he welded the teams together at all levels of the organization chart. Today, he shares his experience in order to make the corporate culture tangible, both to senior management and to first-level managers.
